Once you're signed in, open your inbox to check your mail. When i click on the inbox, i still do not get my mail to appear. If you choose default, your inbox will be split up into different tabs, like primary, social, promotions, and updates. when you have the default inbox, your messages are automatically sorted into tabs, but you can move messages among categories if you want.
I have found many posts describing the reply and archive feature and how to show and hide the button, but i want to turn it off entirely
Even if i hide the button, it is still set to move any emails i reply to to my sent folder I would like the original to stay in the inbox, so i can refer back to the information in that email Instead it gets moved to sent and is really frustrating. My emails are being automatically deleted
How do i stop this I used to manage my read email by moving the message to a folder, which would remove it from my inbox Now, messages i move pop back into my inbox, no matter how many times i move them to a designated folder. It's been taking way too long to even make a dent on the 25,000 unread emails i have
Is there a faster way of doing this
I don't want to delete everything i just want all of the emails to be listed as read so that the number in bold decreases/goes away (trying to be more accountable with my emails). All your messages are saved in all mail And since there's only one copy of any message, if you delete it from any label, you're deleting the only copy, so it's gone from all of them. I have 1 posted email in my inbox
