I live in an apartment building in miami and since june 2020 my next door neighbor has been playing extremely loud music almost every day and i complained in writing to the management several times by email and text messages and i also called 911 to complain about noise so many times but so far nothing changed My building management did not do anything to stop this neighbor from making.
